Cocktail Recipes




  1. Cosmopolitan

    1. Crushed ice to serve
    2. 30ml Triple Sec (1 Shot)
    3. 60ml Vodka (2 Shots)
    4. 1 Teaspoons lime juice
    5. 125ml Cranberry juice (Half cup)

    6. Place ice in a martini glass. Shake vodka, Cointreau, lime and cranberry juice in a cocktail shaker to combine. Strain into the prepared glass, then serve immediately.




Strawberry Daquiri (8 Servings)

  1. 6 Cups ice
  2. 1/2 Cup white sugar
  3. 115g Frozen strawberries
  4. 1/8 Lime juice
  5. 1/2 Cup lemon juice
  6. 3/4 Cup White rum
  7. 1/4 Cup Lemon-Lime cold drink

  8. In a blender, combine ice, sugar and strawberries. Pour in lime juice, lemon juice, rum and lemon-lime soda. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.




Tequila Sunrise

  1. 45ml White Tequila (1 1/2 Shot)
  2. 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  3. ice cubes
  4. 45ml Grenadine syrup (1 1/2 Shot)
  5. 1 slice orange, for garnish

  6. Stir or shake together tequila and orange juice. Fill a chilled 12 ounce glass with ice cubes; pour in orange juice mixture. Slowly pour in the grenadine, and allow it to settle to the bottom of the glass (be patient). Garnish with a slice of orange, and a maraschino cherry.




Margarita

  1. 60ml White Tequila (2 Shots)
  2. 30ml Triple Sec (1 Shot)
  3. 30ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
  4. Salt for garnish
  5. Ice

  6. Combine tequila, Triple Sec, and lime juice in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Moisten rim of Margarita or other cocktail glass with lime juice or water. Holding glass upside down, dip rim into salt. Shake and strain drink into glass and serve.




Mojito

  1. 8 mint leaves, plus 1 mint sprig for garnish
  2. Craked Ice
  3. 30ml White rum
  4. Juice of two lime wedges
  5. 2 Teaspoons sugar
  6. Chilled soda water

  7. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves. Add ice and the rum, lime juice and sugar and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass, stir in the soda water and garnish with the mint sprig and lime wedge.
